Has anyone had a problems with Google shutting down their Adsense account because they were running it on a site with YouTube videos?

I saw the following earlier today under YouTube's "Terms of Use" and I am curious if anyone out there has heard from Google or YouTube because they were embedding videos from YouTube on commerical sites.

F. YouTube permits you to link to materials on the Website for personal, non-commercial purposes only. In addition, YouTube provides an "Embeddable Player" feature, which you may incorporate into your own personal, non-commercial websites for use in accessing the materials on the Website, provided that you include a prominent link back to the YouTube website on the pages containing the Embeddable Player. YouTube reserves the right to discontinue any aspect of the YouTube Website at any time.

Such a term is ridiculous. YouTube is famous for ripping copyrighted material and putting on their site FOR HUGE PROFITS.
They want to make it exclusive. It's not a good practice unless they kill all copyrighted materials.
