Yahoo Publisher Network, and yes just a little. Instead of $2-$3/click it is about half that.

Depends on the niche really. Some it does quite well and others it it is much worse.

the cause for the drop in revenue is the ad targeting, it has been getting a little better recently.... still a long way to go, compared to google.
