to make a withdrawal you need a us checking account or something like that..... and im from sweden.. so i cant withdraw...need someone to help me with that...

Just use the Virtual Visa to pay your PayPal account, you'll only be out the Paypal fees that way.

If your having no luck you might be able to pay someone the extra 10 to do an exchange for you. Just make sure they are a reputable member.

I don't think it works like that or I'd do it every day.

Paypal doesn't recognize that card, it's an electron card.
At least that's the way it was the last time I checked.
Maybe it has changed.
