Having the registrar credentials is the easiest part of the process.

There is a lot of money on deposit with Verisign to back those registrations.

There is a lot of number crunching. And, a lot of risk.

Plus, I'm sure Icann will eventually "adjust" this loophole before Verisign
can figure out how they can profit from it.
