There is no "language" tag associated with a domain name. That is simply a checking tool registrars use when processing the registration.

101€ was registered without a language tag.

With currency and number domains the language issue is irrelevant as the domain isn't in any language at all. In real-world terms, what langauge is the number 101 in? What language is the € sign in?
