I know of 101domain and I can attest to their professionalism and their ability to get things done. I haven't registered a domain there, but I know of the people behind it and I can tell you that they are top notch.

Thanks for the replies. I sent them an email though asking them to let me know a little about the background of the company ,directors etc but still no reply from them at all, which isnt good start.
