I agree, I'd rather have a $75K car and $75K boat, instead of a $155K boatcar that does neither particularly well.
I do see a market in this for people who have the above toys already... much like the Campagna T-Rex 3 wheel vehicle based on the Suzuki GSXR-1000 engine.
