I have a dot com name with 123-reg.co.uk - I want to transfer it out but there is no place to get the EPP code. Sent email to support - no reply for several days.

Anyone has names at this registrar and how do you transfer out without the EPP code?

My only experience with them has been poor. Domain (.co.uk) supposedly registered when it is NOT, and no support at all.
And you cannot transfer away without the EPP code... good luck
