I may consider selling the site park.cd to make way for other projects. It is a Linkin Park tribute site.
It is currently generating an average of 1500 uniques a day - 2200 yesterday
Revenue wise, it is not earning much (around $10 a day) due to the fact that this is my first development project (buying and selling domains is my primary business and my company owns 18,000) and I don't know the best affiliate companies etc. Obviously an experienced party could turn these uniques into a lot of money.
I am not pushed to sell but would seriously consider $XX,XXX offers.
Traffic has doubled over the past 3 weeks since we installed the e-card system. Chat room often has 6-8 people chatting at a time.
Alexa is at 100,000 average for the past 3 months but is currently around the 60k mark. It has gone down as low as around 35k
If you have an interest, please let me know
Thank You

To clarify,

This earns around $300 a month and your asking price is $xx,xxx ?

Regards

Dean

3,600 per year, 3 years = 10,000+

even if he was selling at 1 million dollars, no need to comment on the sale thread

I believe he was just trying to haggle with him =P

nope, i was trying to say that on a trade board we dont normally work on a month x year x 3 basis..... month x 3 is more like it...

yes.. but don't forget that the seller is posting on a "SALE" forum!

seller has every right to sell at what "they think" is the right price
