Yes, 16X9 is commonly referred to widescreen televisions. 16 x 9 is the aspect ratio of just about every TV, plasma, LCD and so forth, on the market today. Had an LLC a few years back that wanted to brand their product with this, however, they could never raise the VC money.

Very few numbered domains are really good. I think this is one of those. Undeveloped, min offer 400 and then let the market speak. Developed... no limit.
