I have received an offer via CertifiedOfferService.com (Never heard of this before, any info anyone can give me on this service is much appreciated as well). I have a week to accept, deny, or give my minimum selling price on this offer.

certifed offer service if from network solutions worked good for me, i accepted an offer, they handled escrow and transfer of name and i had a check withing 2 weeks of receiving offer. as far as appraissal it seems onedayonedeal.com has a website and may have realized they should have gotten your name too. as far as value i would think they would pay at least 500.00 dollars but these things are hard to say what a company might pay for a site that is similar to their own.
