Site receives a huge amount of traffic (latest stats show 4369 uniques/day, updates daily), forum is very active (started it 5 days ago), AdSense is bringing in more than $300/month, with more than 130,000 impressions a month.

I don't follow? It costs nothing to host this site? I would have figured hosting all those free plans and such a high traffic site would consume a huge amount of server power. I am not asking how much you charge people (because clearly you charge nothing, rather I am asking how much YOU are charged.)

Nice domain! Unsure about the site though. How come it does not even have a single poingting link at google? Also, how much bandwith/disk usage and how much does it cost.

To answer all questions:

AdSense is on all pages of 1L.com, but not on the sites hosted. You can imagine if the current revenue is generated only by 5-6 of the main pages, the revenue generated if the AdSense code would be inserted in all pages and sites that are hosted would be quite a decent price.

We're selling the site because we need to finance another project, non-competitive. Of course, the buyer will receive a signed non-competitive agreement.

The administration is done inhouse, we can help ease the transition by offering free support untill the buyer will find someone for that.

Revenue proof will be shown only to serious bidders, as it's strictly forbidden by Google to show screenshots of one's account.

Site has been running for a little over 1 month now, thus the reason why it's not indexed by Google yet. Once it will be, it will show up in the first results, as it's cleraly obvious (starting with the number "1").

We're willing to sell it separately as well, if anyone is interested in the domain only. As you might know, 2 char. domains can no longer be registered, only renewed and the price tag for these are in the 5 figure range. BIN price for the domain in this case is $8000.
As for the host (someone asked about it) it is our own, so we're not reselling. We have several dedicated servers directly from the DC, one of them being dedicated for the free hosting accounts.

The main site is hosted on another of our servers for the obvious reasons.
