all GEO's are now KING at google, look at a new serp, you see how MAPS now rules
this domain can make a TON OF MONEY with very minor SEO work

these are now due to the way google puts emphasis on LOCAL SEARCHES, the way to pop a google map and an organic serp
you put up a bunch of subdomains on this baby with some minor seo work and when the new serp's come in you merely call owners in that market BUYING big buck CPC and you got monthly residual income
250 to 2500 a month per page you can land on google for high cost cpc terms
we do it now, and NJ isn't our market, so we're looking to move this baby
yep, price will keep GOING UP, the reason, we just launch over 100 GEO's like this with 100 category domains with high end content that google loves
and our clients are now enjoying usually not only page 1 serp's but #1 serps and it's all being done with names like this in other markets
NJ is a nice market, but, we got a ton of other markets we're in so yeah, no time to develop this gem right now, but the longer it sits unsold, the closer it comes to being developed, then it's a 1M asset with a huge residual income tied to it, right now it's undeveloped GOLD

The reason, the longer we don't develop it, the closer we are to being done with some huge projects so we can develop it, then it's worth a lot more than 110K to us, since it will have a heavy monthly residual income on it as soon as we pop some serp's on google, and if you see what google is doing with LOCAL importance in SERP's you understand the value of all major GEO's now
So 110K is the price, it's fixed and we will listen to deals or offers or trades
A subdomain like doctor.newjersey.com and doctor.1newjersey.com has almost equal exact url match values in SEO
google basically ignores the simple prefixes like i, e, 1, etc
the subdomain is a level 4 value, the domain is level 3, the tld is level 2 and the net or www. is level 1
so you can try to acquire 100 or 200 newjersey.com's
doctornewjersey.com or newjerseydoctor.com
or you acquire root geo's like this
the only geo for newjersey is newjersey.com
easily a 2M asset
so i,e,1 in that state .com are all easily 200K to 300K assets
