I got a bunch of 1 prefix state abbreviations like this in .net and most of the .us
Brandable GEO state abbreviations with a golden prefix the numeral 1
Great for any Tech company to brand in that area or for potential brandable geo portals

The reason, these are development gold mines
subdomain.1LL.net will pop SE's for huge value cpc terms in any state
So we sell based on developmental values, minor SEO can make this page one for terms like
lawyer.1LL.net term to pop lawyer LL
doctor.1LL.net term to pop doctor LL
Now when a business in a LL (state abbreviation) sees a subdomain on page one for a keyword he pays 10 or 20 bucks CPC, they agree to lease your name and seo work for 500 to 2K A MONTH
We do this for a living
Anyway, since we know how to pop these type of names, and since we own thousands of domains, we're only selling a few at these cheap values, IN OUR OPINION, to people that want to try to develop these gems.
If you are not into developing solid root level terms to make high cpc hits, this isn't for you
If understand the stuff above, you know mid 5X is cheap
why?
One subdomain can bring in 500 to 2500 PER MONTH if you put it on page 1 and call a few companies paying google huge bucks for the term
Or you can put adsense on it or whatever
Bottom line these are root level GEO terms that can pop most categories with very little SEO work
If you don't see the value of being on page 1 with a sub domain for a keyword in a nice US state search
