This is a good one. Big corp's like addresses like 1 IBM Plaza, 1 Hewlett Parkway etc. Smaller companies would love to copy them.

I see this as a hosting site for small companies. Those on a shoestring could get cheepo subdomains as MikesShoeShine.1Plaza.com etc.

Yes I like this one but its got to be developed and re-appraised.

Domains containing numbers never fetch much unless they are appropriate eg. 1st However, this domain still has some value. I would say in the region of $500-$1,000 to end user.
