I am trying to transfer several domain names from 1stdomain.net. I have changed the whois information, about 2 weeks ago, yet the WHOIS received from Neustar still reflects the old e-mail, which I no longer have access to.
1stdomain.net has been advised of this, but no reply or updates are received.
Their web site is down, and e-mail to several addresses is rejected. If they go out of business, what happens to everyone's names.
