I'm in the middle of a possible transaction for a two letter .com.
While I've been here longer than most this is my first time in 2 letter territory and I'm wanting to get a pulse from others in regards to values of 2 letter .coms.
I see there is some guidance at www.2character.com but I just stumbled onto that site.
It states that minimum wholesale value for a 2 letter .com is $70k.
I understand these are tough to price because of the numbers available but I'm curious to see if people that hold or have had any 2 letter transactions agree with this $70K level.
