Foo Fighters site needs some extra content uploading which i'll do, nirvana site could do with content refresh, but when its done its done. Traffic is always on the go.

Started adsense in Febraury time, made USD162.95 in feb and USD258.90 in march.

Terms are basically, the sale is final. Other url is listed in google very well, the buyer has to maintain that. I will give username and password for other (the free uk login) site. I will pay nominet fee to transfer the .co.uk domain. We receive the agreed funds in full by cheque/PayPal, buyer pays PayPal fee.

Thats pretty much it!

Never had any problems. There are many Nirvana sites with Nirvana in the title.
