2 simple web forms for a limo service website
1. Reservation form: Similar to http://www.limos.com/startpage-goto.aspx (simpler than this script)
Total fields:11
Next page the customers should be able to the summary...
and when they press submit the results should be send to the specified email address.
You can pick any scripts from Hotscripts and modify them if you want.
2. Just a regular contact form
5 fields: 1. Your name:
2. Your email:
3. Your phone number:
4. Question or comment:
5. Where did you hear about us:
Submit button
These forms should send the results to a specified email for manual transaction. No need to integrate with any database or shopping cart.
Need thes scripts in next couple of days. PM me with your quote if you can do this ASAP.
