Wanted: Service $200 for someone converting my yabb-gold-forum to vBB 3.01

I will pay $200 for someone converting my yabb-gold-forum to vBB 3.01.
The forum is a fellow german domain forum at www.consultdomain.de, using a yabb-gold version which stores everything in textfiles.
YaBBSE started using php and mysql, existing converters do all setup on the YaBBSE version.
Any help would be appreciated a lot!
