You're right, that $25 is too much to charge for registrations these days. Smaller 'registrars' have trouble attacting customers even at $10 and less.
But it would be a good domain to resell pre-registered domains at $25. The domain reminds me of http://www.100dollardomains.com/ operated by another forum member.
