He is trying to caution people before they buy it, he isnt being rude.
Alot of people dont know what theyre doing and they would snatch this thing up for $2k and maybe find that it's not exactly what they thought it was.

Why dont you show the referrers and the channel like people have asked? Even if its only for ONE day, show it.

If you read almost every other thread where he would bust in and say something about a sale, its not cautioning anyone.. Its ruining a sale..

You can't bust in and break down what someone makes, on top what you say server prices are and then say, this is how much they'll make, so this is how much its worth..

He has the right to sale for whatever price he wants.. and as long as hes not showing misleading information, thats his business..

You're only suspose to caution people if its a fraudlent type sale.. You dont caution them when someone has set their price higher than what you believe its worth.

Asking for adsense details are not proof of income. Far too easy to manipulate. Even channels can be fluxed. If you don't have experience with a seller you need to take a hard look at the site in question and try to realize it's potential. Look at the cost of putting such a site together and the value of the domain name in the reseller market then do the math.

After all that have a look at the asking price.

I looked this site over when it was offered up, and look at it daily or when i have the chance.

I think members should lay off the sale thread and hopefully people make a well thought out appraisal then make an offer based on that.
