Easy to use system based off modified kwikcontent one set of files for all subdomains.
Will include the site/php code and databases. Or just get the domain but the traffic is mainly tied to pages that are built. The site runs itself but could do a lot if updated.

I am spread a little thin on the number of projects I am working on. Have had the domain for many years now.

Not much at the moment could do a lot better with the right advertiser the traffic is there and they do like to click if ads are blended right.
I had adsense on it about two years ago was averaging $20 a with one placement but became nervous and removed it from that site.
