3-7-3.com should just serve as an example for a more general discussion on if there is any value in N-N-N.com and L-L-L.com as I have seen more and more companies use this format due to the high prices of pure NNN.com and LLL.com
There are still a bunch, but not too many N-N-N.com available, any future here, and does it make sense to spend a couple of $$$ to reg a bunch?

I think you could see L-L-L soon compete with LLLL.com as L-L-L.com will likely run out first.

thanks, thats great info, I just regged a bunch, and as one can see from the list all premium combos are taken, I think its a much better investment in the long run than .mobis for example

what domainers dont see is that the pubilc dont care about hyphens what you
give them they will use. if i branded a L-L-L.com do you think the pubilc would
not use it if i had a service they wanted to use ?

L-L-L.com is cheap and alternative option to LLL.com, Say the LLL.com has already
been used for a company but you want that combo for your company so a L-L-L.com
would be the next step. LLL.net some how .net is not as good looking as dot com lol

tbh domains like qzq.com are crap
yeah domainers buy them & the odd one will sell to a enduser in a foreign land lol,
the good letters are awesome obviously. i am only talking about hideos combinations
i think L-L-L.com is a great investment & tbh N-N-N.com maybe too
I have sold a L-L-L.com for $1500 too. should be on dnjournal soon

so yes, domainah, your domain is prob worth ow $xx, but if an enduser comes knocking who knows.
the rarity value will help. personally i'll stick to the L-L-L.com's :smilewinkgrin:

thanks for the input Pred & BuyandSwap, I think you guys are right, the current value is not very high for resellers, but they have great end user potential. I totally agree with the opinion that especially many European Companies would consider taking a L-L-L.com over a LLL.net if offered to them, in the U.S maybe not, but I think the fact that no LLL combos with all top premium letters are available is pointing towards demand

We sold a L-L-L.com last year for $1000. We have not but have considered investing in N-N-N.coms. For 6.75, its worth a shot, if you can reg one...

yeah it seems that the N-N-N are not as in demand although there are a lot fewer of them to begin with. Since some L-L-L are selling for $1000 from time to time I think investing a couple of hundreds might not be a bad idea here, if you reg 50 or so all it needs is to sell one a year for $300 and the rest is bonus, I think thats a great return chance. I regged a couple and some are even getting traffic.

I definitely think its a must do to buy the L-L-L.com if you have the LLL.com version of it waiting for offers to come around, for all the LLL.coms I have the L-L-L are taken, which really weakens my position when negotiating a price in the mid $$.$$$ with end users for LLL because at one point they will wonder how much a good alternative would be

bought a couple more L-L-L, most of them are probably not worth more than $10 right now..but i have seen more and more people use it, especially if the LLL is taken, I mean nothing beats .com and you cant really change the initials you want to use most of the time, I think its better than a random LLLL that people reg now more and more and I see a chance to market those actively to end users
