3.99 @ godaddy ?

Hi,
I have several domains to transfer so i was looking for the cheapest transfer fees.
I saw that godaddy charge only 3.99 per domain, but i've been up to checkout and they're all charged for 7.99 !

Any idea on how to use their promotion? or do you know another domain registrar with very low fees like that ?
