One word of advice: if you want to increase your chances of selling these domains then it would help a lot if you'd post a one-page view of your unique visitors.
You cannot really expect potential buyers to download your files, unzip them, clean them for other domains, then start analysing them.
Maybe have a look at some other threads here and see how others do it.
