Ted.com
Dan.com
Don.com
Joe.com
Lou.com
Sam.com

If you could get any of these for under 50k, would it be money in the bank? Ideas as to the value or even broad ranges would be appreciated.

I wouldn't rule them out as I have many ideas if I owned one of the names. Names are harder to sell; although, these are premium three letter name so you would have a better chance to sell them.

tom.com sold for 2 millions ;)
