This is a highly SEO'd, script-driven website that will continue to grow in traffic without any work on your part. Or, put in a little effort and really take it to the next level.
Content is pulled from Youtube using the Youtube API, so the site will always have fresh, SE-friendly content. And with the "last 20 searches" feature, you can be sure that the SE's are finding hundreds of new pages to index every single time they come to the site.
Only three months old and already pulling in over 2600 Uniques per month from Yahoo, Google, etc, with a PR of 1.
