Turnkey sites are template based sites that haven't been advertised or get any traffic, just sites that are ready to go....The sites are fairly easy to install, but any problems then I will do it for you for free....You have the right to resell the sites as a whole site with the domain or any domain, but do not have the right to sell any scripts or templates seperatly....All domains are at Namecheap....I can't host your site as I don't offer hosting but I can recommend a host if need be, once site is bought then you will get it sent to you in zip format...As I say, any probs you might have I will do my best to help you for free.
1 - www.fontland.net - Fonts site, people can download loads of fonts, requires you to sign upto a couple of affiliate progs where you can earm money from.
2 - www.roflmfao.net - Jokes site with some jokes already there
3 - www.purchaseatemplate.com - A Template Monster reseller site, requires you to sign upto few things as you can earn money from the searches/selling the template as well as one or two other things that can be done.
All sites are $30 each, payment via Paypal and pls post SOLD to claim.
These are advertised at different places, first come first served.
