It's a good price to buyer with a dev plan or invest in long term.

As for short term investment, there are many generic .com domains which are much better than random NN.com at the moment.

I wonder what it's going to be used for. That's an odd number...
I could maybe see 12.com going for that much, since it's a common term like "1, 2, 3" etc.

i think $70k-$80k would be right for 11.com or 12.com... i wouldn't have paid more than around $25k for 34.com
