I have few domains from GoDaddy that I want to transfer to eNom. the problem is that they are expired on Oct 21.

I also have few that expired few days ago. Can I still transfer them? They still have "active" in the status.

Can someone answer my two questions.

Thanks!!!!

I doubt you would be able to - as when eNom request's the transfer they usually state a minimum of 1 month should be left for expiry at least, and they are not responsible for the domain totally expiring / going into redemption period.

Renew them for $8.95 is your best bet with GoDaddy.

unfortunately you can not.
The safest minimum recommended, and one that I actually puled through was 9 days to expiration, although a minimum of 10-12 days is suggested.

OpenSRS will let you transfer a domain after expiry away from them, even. So, one has around 37 to 40 days before RGP kicks in, to do so.
