"Realtor" is a famous registered trademark, and offering for sale a domain which contains it may be a violation of law. This is not meant as a derogatory comment; obviously, it is proper for DNF members to comment about apparent illegal activity.
If there's no general warning placed as a sticky on the sales thread about trademark risks, then I think it's appropriate to post information or a question about a possible infringement issue.
That's not what I consider "crapping" in a sales thread, and concerns shouldn't be hidden in a pm. People (especially newbies) do need to be warned about the risks, and in full view of the members here. This shouldn't be just buyer beware and anything goes for a buck.
I'm not commenting about these names specifically, but about the subject of questioning potential trademark violations in general.

I used to own e-realtors.com. An attorney for the realtor trademark nicely warned me to let it expire and not try to sell it...so I did. Now look were it resides http://www.e-realtors.com
