** If you're a big domainer making 1000s each day, it is probably not worth your time. You can simply ignore this proposition **
Hello,
I'll need one of the big players here to buy a LLL.com from another big player. I doubt I have the skills to bargain for such a domain.
For obvious reasons, I won't disclose the name publicly. Knowing it's an LLL.com and pronounceable should be enough.
I'm starting a business and would prefer to work on a short LLL version instead of changing at a later date (assuming the domain can still be purchased at that later date).
If you're able to bargain it for under 15k$, I could directly pay for it with a loan with an extra for you. If not, I can try to get it myself for 15k$ or less.
I'm in the process of registration/subvention and looking for loans or alternatives to it. Having an experienced domainer included in the process could greatly reduce purchase cost of the domain.

If it cannot be bought for under 15k$, I won't be able to get it and that's where I'd need a partner/broker as I'm describing next as a possible alternative. That is if you're willing to act as a sponsor and go through the process to make a few thousands extra.

As I said, I'm starting a business. I need a partnership with one of the big player. As such, I'd prefer if the broker is from Montreal, or at least Quebec/Ontario or a North-Eastern US state near enough of Montreal that it would be convenient to meet in person.
The broker will keep the domain, no need to transfer/give access rights. It will be a signed contract.
Some of the terms will need to be:
- Guarantee to be able to buy the name at a later date for a set total price decided by both of us (5000$+ over the purchased price, to be decided)
- Minimum monthly payments on the previous agreed price from my part / Escrowed in full or other payment agreement. (Bank account with procuration to be included with contract)
- Domain transfer upon complete payment
- Domain pointed to server of my choice
- Reimbursement if contract is broken on previous payments, less a certain brokerage and other expenses fee.
- Other clauses you might want to add
Business plan provided
If any condition is not met or there is a payment failure, I never had access to the domain and you still have it for resale. An LLL.com is never unwanted in any portfolio.
If conditions are met and you try to walk away with the domain, I have the contract guaranteeing the right to continue to use the domain until full payment, after which domain shall be transferred.

On a side note:
Getting a good .com to start a business is utterly painful
