60 day holding period for .us domains.

Now that the 60 day holding period for .us domains has expired(FCFS went live April 23), does anyone know of any registrars that are accepting online transfers.

NameScout was holding out for a 90 day ownership and transfer hold. Neustar.us says there is *no* ownership transfer limit. Namescout changed their policy after being shown the rules.
