Guys need your help and clarification!
If I purchased a domain name at TDNAM 2 weeks ago in Expired Domains auction, could I transfer it now out from Godaddy to the buyers Registrar?
60 days rule is working only for new registrations?

Thanks, Nick

And account changes. You'll have to wait 60 days to transfer it out of GoDaddy.

Have the buyer create an account with GoDaddy, push it to his account, then have the buyer transfer it 60 days from now.

There are no restrictions at the same registrar right? You can push to an unlimited number of accounts per 30 or 60 days etc?

As far as I know you can push it from account to account with the same registrar.

I'm sure the registrars have something in place to prevent abuse of this, though.

I was asking, cause for example with domain I won recently at NJ pre-realized auction is another situation. I won it (it's at NetSol), in a 1,5 weeks I've sold it and now the transfer out is pending. I didn't wait for 60 days. It's not finalized yet, maybe at the end would be kinda surprise :)

if the domain is pre-owned - netsol dosen`t have the 60 day rule. You can transfer it out next day. Suckers at godaddy have theyre own rules. They don´t let transfer out 60 days - even if the domain is pre-owned.
There is a 60 day rule by ICANN - you can`t transfer out freshly created domains for 60 days. But if the domain is older then 60 days, there is no rule.
