I am selling one of my many projects that I just can't continue maintaining because of the continual requirement of attention from my larger projects. It really is a great unique site that, for sure, will become large if you give it more attention than I've given it

What it is is a 'Fake Email' script company selling Fake Email scripts that allow you to send fake email from any email you choose, to any email you choose (demo here: http://www.phpfakemailer.com). This one-of-a-kind website is fully developed to accept paypal payments, and automatically check out orders. The script phpFakeMailer.com is selling is also highly developed and is in version 2 at the moment. It includes a fully functional admin panel and a ton of cool features (http://www.phpfakemailer.com/features.html). I have spent a fortune for version 1 and 2, and it is really the ONLY 'Fake Email' turnkey script out there for sale.
The site is earning between $20-$40 per day (depends on how/if you advertise), and I have found that for every one advertisement I made on *********, I receive at least 1 sale on the same day, and possibly more on the second. This is a very good investment, and has a very good ratio of investment to profit. Currently, all traffic is coming from the forums that I've advertised the site at. Because the site is pretty much new (3 and a half months old), it doesn't have a very high ranking on search engines, nor have I done much SEO work/link building. All sales are referred from forums where I advertise it's services. If I do not advertise, then there are no sales.

If let alone - average $10-$20/day (sales spread out between days)
