Official current high offer is $110,500 at SP.. with an intial $150k BIN offer which was declined earlier at DP. I've already begun some earning and traffic optimizing.. if this auction ever picks up, by the time some sale is finalised, income should be in the $7-8k/month range.. of course, if it gets too high, I might well pull the auction and decide not to sell..
