A bit confused - Please hell-p

I bought 'casinocraps.com' through namewinner. CasinoCraps was added to my Dotster account. The nameservers were not working so I email them this.

''Whats up with casinocraps.com? I bought it through namewinner. I have access though dotster but the whois is not my info. Nor can my host upload to it. Whats the deal?''

There response was ''Although you were high bidder at Namewinner.com, it looks as though the domain was awarded to another registrar. You can verify this by going to www.domainwhitepages.com and you will see that the domain is registered at Network Solutions.''

My question is Do I own it or not? Why can I access it through Dotster? Why was my credit card charged for it?

Erm... if it's in your Dotster account and you can modify the whois info to match you, do so.

If it turns out that you really don't have it and whatever you do in Dotster isn't reflected in the real world, make sure you get a refund.

When NameWinner picks up names sometimes it's a little messy and they think they have it but don't. I had that happen once and had to get refunded.

It does occassionaly happen that a registrar gets an incorrect code back on a registration. It then goes to the first one to have actually registered it. In this case it isn't dotster.
