A company name but not TM

i have seen a domain which i like .... its a compnay name but not a TM it is legit to register...there are 2 or 3 companies with that keyword

it is group of dictionary words

its a .com which is expiring which i wanna backorder

you know better than this... there is no way to answer this question with any certainty at all without all the information - which you likely can't/won't give... and before you start with the "well, it's like zxzcc but less like asfsgsf and it sounds like ad3ttet" type things... that won't help either.
