Dover is the capital of the first state(Delaware). Dover hosts the nascar races every year, and is a pretty famous city.

I'm planning on developing DoverGuide.com to be a full guide to Dover. Including Jobs, Businesses, white pages, services, hotels, rentals, schools,...etc.

Any apprasials on the value of the domain (un)developed?

My question is how large are these cities? This will dramatically change the price. Obviously NYGuide.com or NewYorkGuide.com are worth much more then NametownGuide.com that only has 5,000 residents.

According to CityofDover.com (the official city website) Dover population is 35'000 people, but it expands every year during Nascar season to 200'000+ people from all over the united states.

I have no idea about Dover, UK population!
