Going to need proof of sales of banners, and what you make each month exactly. Not approximately.

If you are making $100 a month, and are selling for a minimum of $20,000 that is over 15 years of revenue... Are you serious?

Many sites I have dealt with do sells based on a yearly revenue rate. Just doesn't make sense to me sense in a year you make between $1200 and $3600 but are selling for a minimum of 15 times that.

Any reason you are selling for so high?

Not all websites' prices are based on revenue !
There's the traffic issue, SEO, Endless time of work and modifications in the site in the last 2 years, building a community of friends, Building a reputation, and much much more factors...
In any case i'll never let go of this site for less than the minimum It's just doesn't worth 2 years of endless work..

Big players, with a bit more knowledge of SEO can calculate the real value of content sites, with so many indexed pages, good ranks, great reputation, and solid traffic like GamesTalks.
Therefore the revenue we've made is nothing in compare to what they can make with a website of this level.

Please avoid unnecessary comments.
