Wanted: Service A little AJAX help?

If anybody knows AJAX with Javascript and PHP, please send me a PM or reply. I need to submit a form but keep it all in the dynamic content <div> I have setup instead of reloading a whole new page like most sites.

I can pay via the DNF$ i have for help.
