I have no clue as to the value of the .cc TLD.
a1c is a test to monitor glucose control for diabetics over time. There are 21 million diabetics in the US alone and another 4 million undiagnosed diabetics. a1c tests are administered 2 - 4 times per year. More frequently if glucose control is not good. The home kits run from $30 - $150.

High click value in adwords. All of the other major tlds are taken.
