I'd like to know if you park your adult domain, where is the best place to park? Do you make interesting money parking your adult name? Thanks.

I am also interested in this topic because i can't find any good adult parking website..

Bodis.com allows adult domain parking.

Are there specialized parking solutions that will automatically forward your URL to a sponsored site and thus make your CTR 100%? I know Sedo does this, but only for the domains that they like.

Hi, Sedo is really poor service in advetising on domains, it looks unprofesionally and like some scma site, but do you guys know about somre service that will use the 100% potential of the domain ? All that popups, popunders and just paid for view ?

I think namedrive has popunders, I'm not sure how much they pay though. And they also have good themes to choose from.

How much traffic are you talking about?

If you have over 500 visitors p/day I can help you.. PM me.

Namedrive allows them for sure, I'm not getting great revenue but I think it's as good as it gets these days and there's a few cents of separate popunder earnings but they need much better adult templates, they have some stunning ones but not for the adult themed landing pages.

Surprisingly, the old Parked.com, w/all its issues of what you can and can't do under the Yahoo feed rules, gave me some income on some names but when they changed to Bing they became much lower. Now they're DomainApps, same feed problem, I would not waste a good XXX name w/an inferior feed. The only thing both the old Parked.com and DomainApps do well is get me sales inquiries, which is most unusual for a pkg co that does not use Google as its feed. Adult names or not, I still get most of my sales inquiries that come from parked page FOR SALE links when the name is w/Parked.com, now DomainApps

Sedo SUCKS, period. For a porn name I'd rather have a stale page w/no pictures at all than use those

Just a quick confirmation, yes NameDrive allows popunders, but they are disabled per default, so it is necessary to enable them via account options->parking options->enable popunders. As you said, they pay pretty average, but you can't loose anything so its a nice add on. Main revenue still comes from our advertisement feeds, which work good for adult names.

By now NameDrive offers about 6 or 7 adult categories, 5 different adult templates and a few additional header options.

Have a good weekend!

Hey, Ed - Don't get me wrong, you're the best pkg co right now, I love many of the ND templates and I like the Adult 5 but the other 4 adult ones kinda look like avg "parked pages", I once read an interview w/a ND mgr who said your m.o. is not to make parked pages look like traditional parked pages and some of the newer templates are so great, I hope to see new ones soon (Sector category), I actually looked fwd to Template Tuesdays a year or two ago lol

I also like the fact that configuring different combinatios of category, header and template on ND gives you different results to some extent but it is the template choice that sets the page for the most part, so coming up w/creative, non-traditional templates is what sets you apart (DomainApps allows for picking both picture and colors which gives them an advantage over ND in that sense but they only have one single template, their double-click)

As a noob the 1st time I used the Parked.com technology I said this is what all monetization cos should be using, that was and still is unmatched, then I saw the figures for their Yahoo feed and pretty bad....when they went to Bing I got pissed and took many of their names to you, so as long as their new DomainApps doesn't use Google their loss is your gain (and I've always had popunders enabled, we should)

hey Angel69; this is ND's designer posting a reply to your post:
unfortunately, design limitations by our advertising partners mean we can't make our page look exactly like a legitimate homepage and where adult pages are concerned, nudity in any form is forbidden. You may be interested to know that in our template tests, albeit in general categories, some of our most basic templates perform better than those that have a more real homepage look about them. Having said that, with adult templates if we were allowed to put animated action pictures over our parked pages then of course there would be more incentive for clicks, but as I mentioned above, this is not our advertisers policy.

We are always trying to get a balance within the boundaries, but it is not easy.
Nick
