I think it works best in past tense for this, and goes great with the extension, all other tlds are gone.

these types of .org's are great for the following

you get a huge appraisal on it

you donate it to a government agency dealing with that type of cause (rape counseling or wife beating etc)

then you take a huge tax credit

finding an end user to come up with cash would be tough, but it's a high value asset you could donate, if you get a good appraisal on it and need a tax credit
