Offers Acne Website For Sale

Hey Everyone. I have decided to relist my Acne website for sale. This site was started back in November but I never really dedicated my time to it. I have done some link exchange's with the site and it does get some traffic/revenue. The site is article/adsense based and the new owner will need to replace my adsense ID with his/her when they buy it (I have a simple search/replace tool they can use). Also, the articles were not written by me. I purchased them from someone else and they are not unique to just my site. However, adding new articles is simple, all pages are static HTML. Here's some more information:
