adaLoans.com is a small loans site built on a 7 year aged domain using WordPress.

I developed it, and added a few articles, but never had the time to add the content I wanted and really build it out. I've gotten busy with some other projects now, and need to sell it.
Loans content gets really high CPCs and there's a ton of potential for someone who wants to build out a great loans site without the hassle of getting things up and running with WordPress.
Unfortunately, the site doesn't get much traffic, just perhaps a few visits a day. But if someone just spent some time adding some more content and links, it has a lot of potential.
The minimum (reserve) price for this site is $100. Highest bidder / offer by Sunday February 13 will win the site. I will not respond to, or entertain any offers less than $100. Once payment is made, I can facilitate the transfer of the site to your web host. I am an expert at this, and even if you don't know how to do it, I can assure you the site will be up and running on your end, no problem. If you want me to help you select the web host, and get set up on it, I can help with that, no problem.
Since the site is built using WordPress, its super easy to work with and add more content and continue building.
