news Adding ccTLD sections for CO.UK and COM.BR - Also help me welcome our new moderator from Brazil

As planned we are expanding our focus on ccTLDs by adding discussion sections for some of the more popular ccTLDs. Initially we added CO.UK for the United Kingdom and COM.BR for Brazil.

Please help me welcome @SmartNames.com.br as a new moderator. He will be heading off the .COM.BR section and is a stand up guy that is also organising the Domaining Americas event, which we will also be promoting.
