Perhaps you can explain why? If you can articulate further why it is a very good .com name, then maybe you'll have better luck selling it for more than registration value. I for one am at a loss as to why this domain should have any value. Thanks!

Pehaps you should read the forums rules first but I will explain. A name that is recently reg'ed can be very valuable, are you assuming because it was reg'ed recently that it is not a great .com. All opinions are in the eye of the seller, if you don't like the name, then move on and be happy for others. I can tell you it's all about traffic, I reg'ed a name three days ago that get's 36 hits a day but your logic says the name is worthless because it's new? That logic is faulty. It's not always common names that get all the traffic, sometimes a wierd name like bubba BQ get some serious traffic. Back to the forum rules, it's not proper in here to post negative comments in others sales threads. If you want to pm that would be more appropriate. Hope this helps. Cheers.

I didn't post anything negative. I asked you to articulate why the domain is a "very good .com", because I wanted a reason to attribute value to the name and potentially buy it. If you make a blanket statement that a name like "ilostmypenis.com" is a very good name, it leads people like me to speculate as to why such a name has value. By your response, it appears that the value is based on traffic, so that has answered my question. Thank you.

Regarding your comments about the name being new, I don't recall mentioning anything at all about the name being new, or saying the domain has no value because it is new. Not sure where you came to that "logic" or those comments.

I'm not sure, and I will ask, but I think those who are honest and give a b'date that makes them less than 18 cannot see the adult forum.

And while the domain name is definitely on the absurd side, I've seen "worse" topics in this forum. The best we can do really is make the forum unavailable to children who are honest about their age.

UPDATE: As we already knew anyone can see the adult topic lines. It has now been brought to the attention of the admins and is being discussed.

I believe that with Vbulletin you can make the forum not appear at all on mainpage for some users.. might need to create a group with members that want to see the adult forum though. good luck
