blackdickwhitechick.com averages 30 hits per day from direct requests, i.e. type-ins.
A party offering to purchase this domain recently approached me so I'd be very interested to hear end user appraisals from the group here.
The party also asked if I'd be interested in selling links on the site if I was unwilling to sell. By this I assume he means charging a flat fee either monthly or annually for renting the domain. Are there opinions as to how much is to be charged per month if this type of agreement is reached?
Aside from this, I'd be very grateful to learn if there are special formulas or guidelines for determining the price and rental fee for adult related domains.
I was also wondering if retaining ownership of the domain by partnering with the developer, and splitting revenues generated through use of the domain is a better option.
